Good things:
Kindly staff, quick system, a competent 'jabber'
Not so good things:
When giving name to check in at the admin desk (through screen) had to speak up loudly as lots of people/noise - patient confidentiality potentially compromised.
Once checked in I was told to "take a seat" and directed to 2 lines of chairs. I sat in the nearest (back) row, as did others after me, including people who clearly had mobility difficulties (with sticks/crutches). It then turned out that the people who were sitting in the front row were being taken in first and that the helpers wanted us all to move up a seat every time someone went in. It was like a bonkers game of musical chairs and totally inappropriate for patients with mobility difficulties who had to get up, move along one, then sit down again multiple times. We could have simply been issued with numbers (cloakroom tickets would have done) to avoid this.
The question sheet/consent form we had to complete did not ask for a signature from the patient. Anyone could have filled it in.
We were all given a piece of paper as we left which asked for feedback - there was no qr code - so the entire 84 character link has to be typed in to be able to leave a review here.
