"ENT consultant put me at ease"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Ear, Nose & Throat

(as a service user),

I attended my 1st ENT outpatient appointment. I was a little anxious about having the nasendoscopy, however the consultant ENT Surgeon I saw (Mr Hilmi) was delightful and put me at ease immediately.

The whole experience was very reassuring and quick, thank you.
