"My recent fall and feeling unwell from side affects.."

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Ambulatory Care - Medical

(as a service user),

When I arrived in A&E after being advised by GP who was concerned I might have a clot due to new pain coming from My Recent fall and having a T6 & 2:ribs fractured.. About 5 mins later I received a call from the Ambulatory team to come and see them for assessment.

The Compassion and Support I received was a credit to the Doctor's and Nurses in how they cared and where being vigilant with what was wrong and making me as comfortable as possible and a quick admission for further investigation..

A Great Service which was needed in the NHS.. Thank you to Nurse Valerie the Doctors and all the Staff..

Thank you for your positive comments and that you found the service in the ambulatory unit to be of a good standard. I will ensure that the staff concerned will be made aware of your kind feedback.
