What I liked
I was greeted by cheerful ,helpful receptionists,whom directed me to the department ,I saw a senior member of hospital staff and was annoyed by a statement was then retracted and said differently .But I f still felt insulted .
What could be improved
All consultations should be recorded
and a copy given to patients to listen to at leisure, as not everything said can be recalled later
