When I found out I was pregnant I was referred to the CoMC team. This was my first pregnancy and I will happily go back to the emerald team with my future pregnancies. I met a number of midwives on the team throughout my pregnancy but Gillian was my appointed midwife.

Gillian is extremely knowledgeable and reassuring, and never made me feel that any of my queries were silly. I’m very glad that I had her as my midwife. The service is incredible in the sense that one midwife (mostly) follows you through your pregnancy, so I felt as though me and Gillian developed a good relationship throughout the 9 months, it eased anxieties and really helped make my pregnancy enjoyable.
