"Aftercare line really poor service"

About: Marie Stopes International

Takes a long time to get through, didn't receive a callback from a nurse, chased and was advised to call 111 or use my own private health insurance as their nurses are busy. Considering the nature of the service, and how it is sold, they're really underperforming.
