"Helped alleviate my anxiety a lot"

About: General Surgery / Elective Surgery (Ward 7 & 8)

(as the patient),

I recently had elective surgery . I would like to thank everyone involved in my care. 

Surgeons and anaesthetists who explained what was going to happen which helped put me at ease .

To the doctors, nurses and healthcare assistants who took great care of me during my stay and helped alleviate my anxiety a lot .

Special mention to Maggie.
