I had cause to visit the James page accident and emergency unit after injuring my eye,after a relatively short wait I was seen by one of the medical team who quickly and efficiently did what was needed to identify and remedy the problem

The lady who saw me was both kind,understanding and compassionate and very friendly putting me at ease and talking me through the issue and the treatment needed reasuring me and explaining everything in an easy to understand way

I cannot thank her for her manner and professionalism enough throughout my whole time in the A & E department
