My wife suffers from MS and recently had a bad case of Trigeminal Neuralgia which the doctor admitted her into hospital for as she was unable to eat or drink. She went into the first hospital to get everything sorted and then moved to Waterside for rehabilitation. Everyone, all the staff were brilliant and treated her with respect, dignity and kindness. Can we say a special thank you to Julie - she wasn't a nurse but she would come and take my wife to the day room, or for a little fresh air, she was always friendly, smiling and a great help.
