From when I went into hospital until I left the next afternoon, I was treated with kindness and respect. Everyone, theatre staff ward staff, porters, domestic staff and physio staff, were pleasant and kind. The nurses were willing to answer all my questions and concerns and made my experience as comfortable as it could be.
