The positive reviews here do not match with my or anyone i knows actual experience dealing with this surgery, no one in the area that I've spoken to has anything positive to say about this surgery.
Almost impossible to get an appointment even though the waiting room is often totally empty, when they actually answer the phone you are told to go and book an appointment on their website only to find the option to do so is turned off. I personally have not been able to get an appointment in almost a year.
I have personally noticed that positive review for this surgery seem to only be posted after a spate of negative ones, i am making no accusations i just find this pattern a bit suspicious. I also find that the Google reviews match my own and others experience dealing with this surgery much more accurately.
Up until 4 years ago this was an excellent 5 star surgery but like i put in the title now it is not really fit for purpose.
