"An invaluable resource, thoughtfully presented by staff"

About: Stonehouse Hospital / Lockhart Unit

(as a service user),

The Fatigue Group was run by Occupational Therapy staff at Stonehouse Hospital, South Lanarkshire.

It provided very useful information in the form of a workbook. The support materials included activities, helpful diaries and web links.

This was an invaluable resource, thoughtfully presented by staff. There were lots of opportunities for group members to share thoughts and ideas and a very supportive atmosphere within the group.

The five week group was made even more positive by warm and knowledgeable staff.

A great experience and highly recommended!
