About: University Hospital Wishaw / Pre Operative Assessment

(as a service user),

I had a prearranged appointment. Stephanie the staff nurse looking after me called me to come in early. That was amazing.

She explained everything that needed done and in what order she was completing the tasks.

We chatted about things that were not directly related to why I was there. She locked the treatment room door to ensure my complete privacy.
