I had day surgery at Queen Margaret Hospital in Dunfermline for a Gynaecology procedure. 

Staff were welcoming and put me at ease. I found the hospital clean. Staff were very professional this includes admin. Information that I was given was correct and things happened as staff had advised.

Staff were very busy, however not too busy to attend immediately to patients in a very efficient and polite manner. They should be commended for their outstanding service and manner.

A special thank you to the anaesthetic team who were exceptional in their care. I would also like to thank Dr McNab for her professional and efficient care and her outstanding bedside manner, even though she was extremely busy Dr McNab took time to go through what had happened in surgery and listened to any queries I had making me feel like I mattered and that she had time for me. In no way did I feel rushed only reinsured. Patience of an angel!
