About: University Hospital Monklands / Pre Admission Assessment

(as a service user),

I attended ward 8 at Monklands hospital for my pre admission assessment  appointment recently and would just like to say thanks to all the ward staff on this ward for the work you do.

I was and still am anxious about my operation - a radical cystectomy, scheduled at Hairmyres. 
Although everyone was very busy, the level of care an professionalism was 1st class. 

Thank you to Zoe, the nurse who dealt with my case. Again her level of care and professionalism was 1st class.
