"Getting warts frozen"

About: Sexual Health Services - South Staffordshire (Open Clinic)

(as a service user),

I was tired. Had just travelled 3 miles. A little hungry and a bit sad.

The staff member froze them.

That was a weird feeling but I like weird so cancels that out.

She was great at performing the procedure and very professional. So gentle.

I had blood taken and some urine .

All gravy 👍✌️

Hi Irreqularityyb86,

My name is Andrew and I am a Senior Administrator for the Open Clinic and part of my role is to respond to Care Opinion feedback. I would firstly like to thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback which does mean a lot to our team and is an important contribution to learning and service improvement.

I am pleased to hear that the clinician who treated your warts was professional and gentle. 😊
