Received s telephone appointment to attend Hairmyres Hospital for an echocardiogram. Being a Sunday appointment, the reception area wasn’t manned. There was no signs up saying to wait in any particular place.
Cardiologist came through after a while and took me through to the treatment room. Paul was very professional indeed and put me at ease.
