Last month, I was a patient in the Bev Stokes Day Ward at the Northern General hospital in Sheffield. I was given excellent care by the friendly and efficient staff, who dealt with me on time and as expected. There was good communication from the staff to myself - I was told what to expect, how the operation was to be carried out and what the potential outcomes were.
