I just want to praise an excellent department. I have seen various doctors over the last eighteen months, and the respiratory physio, and all, without exception, have impressed. I have always felt listened to and that everyone in the department is genuinely concerned to find effective treatments for my asthma problems.
The clinics work very efficiently too. When there was a delay, a board on the wall explained that and gave an indication of the waiting time. Everything from having blood pressure taken to blood tests has always happened smoothly and efficiently for me.
The only negative was the initial consultation waiting time.
