"Incredible care and treatment"

I cannot fault the amazing treatment and care I experienced recently as a day case. Every member of staff without fail introduced themselves to me, checked I was okay, explained everything slowly and carefully, supported me and following the procedure continued to check in showing compassion and full attention.

Nothing was too much for any of the team, they worked methodically and without fuss, were cheerful and supportive of each other.

I have never really needed to call on the services of the NHS much, but my experience last week was incredible, the professionalism and warmth of the staff made me feel relaxed during what was a rather scary time and I think you are all amazing.
