"Mental health not considered in Cornbrook booth…"

My mental health is getting worst and the contributors towards this is Cornbrook them self I requested a sick not two month ago just to rerequest it end of September and until today I have not received it. Now I m close to an eviction and loosing more as Cornbrook just ignored me for over a month. I call everyday to request my sick note but until today I have not received it except the promise that they will call back and I also never received I need stronger medication but even that is being ignored my imnsomia got worst I need help as promised from Cornbrook but it’s been two weeks now and I m ready to give up really give up thanks Cornbrook for ignoring your mental health Patients
