"Great care and inclusion"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Urgent Care Centre

(as a service user),

I recently attended the Urgent Care Centre at Forth Valley Royal where I was met with a happy face, friendliness and care from a lovely young girl who I originally thought had her own struggles however met myself with such enthusiasm.

I was then further treated by the nursing staff who showed care and dedication to their work. I later found out that the young girl who I had met at reception suffers from Alopecia and was brave enough to share her story with me being a sufferer myself I thought this was great inclusion from NHS Forth Valley and showing support to their dedicated staff members.

Well done and I hope this gets back to the young girl!

DearJelej83

Our apologies for the delay in reply to your story. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for sharing with us your experience when you attended the Urgent Care Centre.

It is really lovely to receive such positive feedback about our staff and I know the story has been shared with our senior staff who will share your kind comments with the staff in the Centre.

I hope you are well and best wishes.

Caroline
