About: Perth Royal Infirmary / Urology

(as the patient),

I am in my seventies and required a Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate (HoLEP) procedure to reduce an enlarged prostrate.

I was admitted into Perth Royal Infirmary Ward 7 - Urology as a day patient in September ‘24.

My care throughout, from the ward to the operating theatre, then aftercare was above and beyond.

I’d  like to thank to everyone from the Surgeon Mr Kalpee, Anaesthetist, Theatre Team, to all nurses and catering personnel.

My care by NHS in Perth, in my opinion was second to none, from me and my family a huge thank you.
