About: Foxhill Medical Centre

Have to fill in a form at 8am to get an appointment. This is usually closed before 8:30 due to being 'fully allocated'. My parents can't use the internet so feel unable to access the surgery's services. Receptionists aren't bothered. Just get told tough and to go to the walk in centre if it's urgent. Don't want to help. Dr's aren't much better. On the off chance you do get an appointment, you're made to feel like you're wasting their time. All you get asked is 'what do you think is wrong?' If I knew, I wouldn't feel so small for just wanting some medical advice. Don't be a doctor if you don't want to help. Awful attitude from the staff. One of the nurses told my daughter who is insulin dependent diabetic to come off insulin. Why? They're not even specialist nurses
