"Great service"

This used to be a place I would dread to call as the staff were so rude and abrupt. Not now. I made a call on Tuesday and they have found a slot available when it suits me on Thursday night. A very professional person dealt with my call and I told her how nice it is when somebody is shown some respect and dignity on the phone. Whatever changes this surgery has made have been noticed.
