Fairly new medical centre, nice and clean waiting areas, digital calling system - your name and room number appear on the screen which I found to be a great feature - yes it's not anything new but the screens actually work!
The imaging staff were excellent - very reassuring, friendly, professional and managed the patient list appropriately in a timely manner which was nice and great to avoid backlog and a full waiting area.
The self check in screens are easy to use, touch sensitivity is good.
Reception could do with a more approachable vibe - a smile goes a long way.
