"A Painless and Pleasant Experience"

(as a service user),

I recently had my contraceptive implant changed at John Mitchell Place CASH and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The entire staff, from the receptionist to the nurses, were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The procedure itself was quick and virtually painless. The nurses were very gentle and explained each step clearly, putting me at ease. They also provided helpful aftercare instructions and answered all of my questions.
