"Ulster Hospital Maternity Staff"

About: Maternity / Emergency Obstetric Unit Maternity / Labour Ward / Delivery Suite

(as a service user),

I have been recently discharged from the Maternity Service is the Ulster. As a person who woks in healthcare myself I felt I had to feedback about the excellent care I received while having my baby. I was a patient for 3 nights, being admitted through EOU onto the ward. Every member of staff throughout my stay, from EOU, the ward and all the theatre staff were amazing and made my experience a very positive one. They provided so much support and advice and although extremely busy I always felt like they had time to support whatever I needed.

Dear Rpkb,

Congratulations on the birth of your baby I hope you are both doing well.

We appreciate the time you have taken to post this lovely feedback. I have shared it with all the teams. We are delighted that you were provided with the care you needed. As a service it is important to us that new parents are supported and have a positive birthing experience.

I would like to wish you and your family well and once again thank you for your kind words,

Regards

Sarah
