From the moment you step inside the corridor, the atmosphere in ward 56 is electric, a sense of pride and love shines bright.
These walls they hold within them tragic tales of families woe, but these angels, who hide their wings never let anyone go.
Their care is paramount,
To patients, and to loved ones, no sense of dread, or sadness shows, even though they must always feel it.
Families matter, their views are welcomed, they know their loved ones, how much they care, nothing is too much to ask for, the aura here is of love.
These angels every minutes, show tenderness and love. Ward angels clearly have a vocation, a certain kind of love, it seems to say, trust us, we want to lessen your burden, allow you to take time to live a little more with your loved one.
Their time now is short, let us share it, and support you, in remembering the good times and to breathe easy in the sad.
Those angels, for such a short time in our lives.
We always and forever be so glad.
For the staff of ward 56, Langlands unit. QEUH. For taking care of our beloved family member.
