My concerns and apprehension of speaking to someone about my dark times were immediately quashed. I found the person on the vc screen sympathetic, understanding, and extremely easy to talk to. They were calm and informative, offering instruction in a soft way to help you, help yourself. No question was left unanswered, and offered in an encouraging way. I can't say that reliving the trauma was good, but the help made it liveable to the extent of saying, it was not me. I don't need to worry all the time. I can manage this.
