"I had a lipoma removed"

I attended Stirling Dermatology to have a lipoma removed, Vicky the assistant was very pleasant and caring throughout my procedure, David who carried out the procedure was very gentle and spoke to me throughout which made me feel at ease. I had a small bleed later on in the day, I went back to see David because A&E refused to help, I arrived at Stirling outpatients at 5 pm, the clinic was finished, but David stayed behind to fixed the problem. Many thanks David, you're a star.
