"Fantastic Physiotherapist"

Unfortunately there was a very long delay for physiotherapy, due partly to incorrect advice given by BCN and my GP.

However, the assessment and treatment session I had with Jack was outstanding. When a professional works in a client-centred way combined with a sound knowledge of their area of expertise then the effect is extraordinary.

Feeling heard and understood is so powerful after struggling alone for so long. I was starting to despair and felt completely unvalued and disempowered by the attitude of my GP, but Jack has reversed this and made me feel that there are things I can do to help myself with his support, and the team around him.

This means the world, especially when you have stage 4 cancer and so much seems unknown and down to chance.  Jack was efficient, focused, buoyant and dynamic so I think a bit of that rubbed off on me! Thank you.
