(as a service user),

The staff here are great and the fact that a lot of them have been through recovery themselves helps me to relate to them more.

I've been prescribed methadone by CGL for over 7 years and now I'm going to rehab thanks to CGL.

I can't thank them enough!

I’m really glad that you have had such a positive experience of support through our service.

It sounds like you have been really well supported by our staff, and I was really glad to hear that you have gotten a lot from engaging with people who have lived experience. Its so important that people feel understood by those who are supporting them and it was great to read that this helped you to relate to our staff.

I will make sure your feedback is shared with our team and I am sure they will appreciate reading your kind words.

It sounds like you have made some amazing progress, and I really hope that your rehab placement works out in the best possible way. I’m sure that if you take hold of the opportunity with both hands and have faith in yourself and the process, that you will come out of rehab feeling stronger than ever before.
