"Recieving excellent care"

I attended a and e for a problem which I'd had previously and knew that the best course of action was attending a and e.

The care I received was excellent, the staff listened to my concerns and treated me with respect at every step of the process.

One doctor in particular called Anna, provided the best care I've ever had while attending a and e. She made sure I was comfortable and listened intently to my concerns and explained what was going to happen thoroughly.

Even though I was due to be discharged she made sure the stretcher I had been moved to had a sheet so that I could lay down while waiting for a consultant to give me the all clear.

The level of transparency and clarity with me as a patient was excellent and I never felt unsure of what the next step was.
