please can you explain why my appointment for18/10/2024 could not

have been a telephone appointment? i was with the doctor a short while. i had driven a three hundred mile round trip.

i have had previous treatment here receiving excellent care thank you.

In order to answer your concern, you could contact our Patient Administration Team on 0151 556 3213 or your consultant's secretary. They should be able to provide you with a rationale as to why your appointment was face to face.
