(as a service user),

I fell in the kitchen at home fractured my left hip and wrist dialled 999 ambulance came very quick to me took me to the General Hospital A&E.

I was transferred to a ward later that day, as they could not operate for a week because I’m on warfarin.

6 weeks later I was transferred to Romsey Hospital for 2 weeks. They were all excellent such lovely nurses and food.

Came home at the beginning of August and had carers come to help me wash, they were excellent. They did not have to come for long as I managed.

At the end of August the physio came Janet came to explain what and assigned Sara to assist me. Sara helped me walk inside and outside along with an exercise program. She was excellent and a very nice person. I thank her very much for the confidence she gave me and I thank all concerned.
