"Amazing service "

Recently spent 6 hours in A&E with my partner who had a suspected spinal/neck injury from rugby, and while the wait was long, it’s clear that the staff were doing everything they could in a very stretched system.

From the start, they were very polite, excellent communicators, explained everything clearly and taking great care to ensure there were no serious injuries.

It's easy to forget how many people need urgent care, but the staff were patient, professional, and did their best with the resources they have. The NHS and A&E departments don’t get enough praise for the incredible work they do under difficult circumstances.
