(as a service user),

I would like to thank Kate & Alexandra! The most wonderful midwives who assisted in the birth of our little girl. 

Kate and Alexandra looked after me when I was at my most vulnerable, giving birth to a preterm baby. I was scared & anxious! They made us feel at ease by keeping us informed in every step they were taking. 

In the times where maternity care has a bad reputation in the media - we need more midwives like Kate and Alexandra. I came out of the labour ward with my dignity in tact! 

Their excellence will forever be ingrained in my mind. I hope they read this… Thank you very much ladies - you are the best.

Bringing a baby into the world, especially when faced with unexpected challenges, can be overwhelming. Kate and Alexandra’s ability to keep you informed, calm, and at ease shows exactly the kind of compassionate care we aim to deliver. We’re incredibly proud of the dedication our midwives bring to their roles, and your story is a wonderful reminder of how impactful that dedication can be.
