My Dad was visited by Beth through her role as a frailty nurse. She assisted my dad with mobility aids.
She recognised that there was a more complex and difficult situation within the home involving my mother. She listened to my and the family concerns, giving me good advice and guidance.
She would often go beyond the call of duty in her help and support, liaising with authorities on my behalf.
After what has seemed a long hard road, my father is happy and content in a safe environment now.
I am convinced that al lot of this is down to Beth's commitment and help over the last year or so.
