Today my partner had been booked in to the cardiology chest pain clinic, or so we thought! Long story short, the receptionists could not find any record of an appointment for which we had travelled 36miles for. The manager of the reception area got involved and after much delving and chatting to various people, along with the involvement of a lovely man who I believe was from cardiology, between them they finally sorted everything out and a cardiologist agreed to see us. All the staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough for us and the cardiologist was fantastic. A fantastic example of patient care and consideration of which we were so very grateful. Big cheer for all involved today and thank you so much for making what could have been a stressful situation, much more plesant and bearable.
