"It was so informative"

About: Occupational Therapy / Occupational Therapy Rheumatology Outpatients

(as a service user),

My appointment was to assess the strength in my hands and how to look after the joints in your hands.

It was so informative and essentially it could help prevent pain and discomfort in the future.

My Occupational Therapist was very knowledgeable. She demonstrated the importance of looking after your joints with compassion and understanding.

She was very patient and allowed me the time to practice and process the information.

I am happy that she is a part of my journey of accepting and adapting to having Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Thank you.
