"I think this department is very well run"

About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Ophthalmology

(as a service user),

I think this department is very well run.

The nurses, Emma and Suzanne, are efficient, friendly and care about their patients.

They seem to be very busy but I have never felt rushed.

I have only had one bad experience and that was dealt with quickly and I was reassured.

I do not think you could ask for more from them.

I am so pleased to hear that you had an excellent experience here in the Eye Unit and found staff to be friendly and caring towards the patients.

I am sorry that you had one bad experience in the department, but glad that it was dealt quickly and you were reassured. We will thrive our best that it won't happen again.
