"Care for a finger dislocation"

About: Occupational Therapy / Orthopaedics Ward 1 - Occupational Therapy Perth Royal Infirmary / Accident & Emergency Perth Royal Infirmary / Radiology (X-rays and Scans)

(as a service user),

The care I received from Perth Royal Infirmary on the day of the injury at A&E and radiology, and subsequently at Occupational Therapy, has been fantastic.

Asma, my Occupational Therapist, really helped me understand how to look after the joint whilst strengthening and stretching my traumatised ligaments so that I have been discharged after increasing the range of motion in my finger so well. Great support and care. Thank you so much.

Dear aquilae89

Thanks for including x-ray in your feedback, it's great that everything went smoothly for you. Hope you are now on the mend and that you regain the full range of movement of the finger!

Kind regards

Cathy
