About: Continuity of Midwifery Carer Service / Sapphire Team Daisy Hill Hospital / Maternity care Maternity care / Delivery suite / MLU Maternity care / Maternity Ward

(as a service user),

I recently gave birth to my beautiful baby girl in Daisy Hill. Throughout my pregnancy and during labour I was under the care of the Sapphire continuity midwifery team, there are simply no words for how amazing this team are. It was so nice to be seen by the same team from booking scan and through to home visits. 

Oonagh my named midwife was absolutely incredible from my very first appointment and so supportive throughout my whole pregnancy. Grace, Rachel and Nicole were also amazing and made me feel so at ease. I will never forget how amazing you all are and how you all made me feel throughout my pregnancy and delivery. The Sapphire team is the most amazing addition to maternity services in the Southern Trust, if I was blessed with another pregnancy I would request to be under the care of Team Sapphire. Thank you all so much!
