About: Woodend Hospital / Pre-operative Assessment Clinic

(as the patient),

I was really nervous about attending my pre-op assessment. The two nurses who assessed me were brilliant. Katie and Polly were so kind and full of compassion and empathy. They were cheerful and supportive and encouraging. My appointment was handled with efficiency and care. I feel a lot less nervous about my operation now. Thanks to both fantastic nurses.
