Kate Carolina Sherry James n Katherine were excellent. They were professional , welcoming encouraging and praised every milestone and activity. The team made me feel comfortable and the sessions helped to develop my confidence.  The structured movements, exercises and knowledge was excellent. Every activity was clearly defined and encouraged. This group was a pleasure to attend and through encouragement and clearly explained supported movements l feel l understand posture and balance better l always felt safe and had all the support l needed.
