I get that you need to complete a Klinik form.
But please can the people who review the forms read what is written.
It seems that there is cut and paste option for go to the pharmacy. They do not look as the age of the patient or how long the symptoms have been going on for.
The pharmacy have said you need to go to go see/talk to a doctor. It is a never ending cycle. Three weeks in to my medical issue and am no further forward.
Most over the counter medication states "do not take for longer than" consult your doctor. Maybe these warnings should be removed.
It would not surprise me if the forms were automatically sorted to pick up certain words and auto reply. Saying go the pharmacy.
