this practice used to have a great reputation but sadly this is no longer the case.

The other day I was in the queue at Reception I witnessed a breach of patient confidentiality - made worse because the receptionist found it funny!

Whilst dealing with myself - she also dealt with 4 others all at the same time - all whilst chewing on her gum not a good impression! But this receptionist didnt give her best service to any of us as it was all a bit a messy experience and then gave me a verbal warning as I was getting very frustrated! A Patient in the waiting room expressed her concern as to how I was being treated and stated this was one of the main reasons she had moved practice.

Reception staff please consider the person in front of you - you dont know what they have been through, going through etc before presenting at the Reception desk.
