"Blood taking unit is amazingly efficient"

About: Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust

Very organised and efficient. Don’t worry if you are still in the queue at your booked time slot. You get a numbered ticket when you’ve checked in and they get through lots of people in good time.

I’ve been a few times now. It would be great if there was a sign outside explaining how the ticketing system works so that first timers aren’t getting stressed because they are queuing to check in past their appointment time.
