(as the patient),

As a family we have been patients of Portland Park Medical Centre in Hamilton for over 50 years.  It has always been and still is a wonderful surgery. The Doctors, Nurses and all the Practice Team are so nice, kind and genuinely care about their patients.  And always helpful.  I cannot thank everyone at Portland Park enough for looking after my Mum (who is in her late 80s and has dementia) and I thank you to all the staff, we really appreciate you.

Thank you for sharing your experience of Portland Park Medical Centre.

I am so pleased to hear that you have has such a positive experience over the years and are always treated with kindness, care and compassion.

Unfortunately, GP’s are independent contractors and are responsible for responding to any feedback or concerns a person may have about the service; they are not registered to respond directly through Care Opinion.
